Man, 22, arrested after one killed and two hurt in west London triple stabbing

Police are investigating after a man who is believed to have been walking a dog past a house where a row had broken out was stabbed to death.

The man, 49, died in Midhurst Gardens, Uxbridge, west London. Another man and a child were stabbed in the same incident.

A 22-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.

Footage on social media showed a man being detained by police after he was hit by a Taser. It followed officers shouting at a suspect to drop a knife, which he can be seen holding, and to get on the ground.

The Metropolitan police said officers were called at 5pm on Monday to a triple stabbing.

It is believed the man who has been arrested was staying at the house when a row broke out.

Two other males, believed to be father and son, aged 45 and 14, were stabbed.

Police said the older man’s injuries were “life-changing but not life-threatening”, while the boy’s injuries were “neither life-threatening nor life-changing”.
