DC Bandipora, MD review progress of JJM, emphasise timely completion of works

BANDIPORA, APRIL 18: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri and Mission Director (MD) Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Harvinder Singh today jointly reviewed the implementation status of the Jal Jeevan Mission in a meeting held here today.

On the occasion, Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Department Bandipora provided a comprehensive brief regarding the JJM progress in the district, highlighting the current progress and the challenges faced.

He informed that 121 schemes, with 240 works, are currently underway across the three sub-divisions of Bandipora out of which 80 schemes comprising 160 works have been successfully completed.

The meeting focused on a detailed review of the progress of civil works, mechanical works, and the status of electric substations under the JJM projects.
