Untaxed cars seized by wardens - and set to be crushed

SIX cars without tax were seized and sent to be crushed from Middlesbrough this week.

Middlesbrough Council's Environmental Neighbourhood Safety Wardens seized six cars in the Grove Hill area in a joint operation with Cleveland Police on Monday.

The cars were towed away, and if not claimed will be crushed as part of an ongoing operation across the town.
