New facilities at Preston Park Museum are ready to open

A NEW outdoor space surrounding one of Stockton's most popular visitor attractions is set to be ready in time for the rest of summer.
-
The improvements to the Preston Park Museum site include an upgraded children's play area, outdoor space and cafe.
As part of a phased unveiling, work on an improved play area, toilets and cafe in the park will be open to the public on Saturday.
And, following a multi-million pound extension and investment, Preston Park Museum's new exhibition space is also set to open to the public on September 13.
