WHEN GOD MOVES YOU
The Freeman
|February 15, 2026
I came by a startling revelation recently when I watched this YouTube video with this message: “There comes a moment in your life when you look around and realize that the people who share your last name don’t always share your heart.”
-
It resonated with the situation of a close friend, one which affected her deeply to the innermost core of her heart and soul: she found out that her relatives did not share the same love and respect that she showered on them.
To keep her peace, the she opted silence and walked away with a heavy heart. Tearfully, she went though a traumatic experience. The pain was so intense, but it was a bitter truth that she had to swallow.
In dealing with situations like these, the YouTube video shares: Separation is never easy. It hurts. It confuses you. You start wondering if something's wrong with you. but sometimes it’s not rejection, it’s a form of protection.
God sees things that you don’t. He hears the thoughts whispered behind closed doors, the envy hidden behind polite smiles, the subtle ways others make you feel small.
