Lancers start four-peat bid vs Panthers today
The University of Cebu (UC) Webmasters produced an explosive endgame performance to fend off the Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) Wildcats, 74-63, in the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (CESAFI) Season 25 basketball tournament on Tuesday night, September 16, at the Cebu Coliseum.
Trailing by four, 50-54, with just 29 seconds gone by in the fourth quarter, the Webmasters went on a seven-minute scoring binge wherein they dropped a devastating 18-0 bomb to turn the tide of the match in their favor with a 14-point advantage, 68-54, with only 1:50 left to play.
