As per a report in our sister publication BANAT News, a Cebu City traffic enforcer is now in trouble after he was caught smoking while driving his motorcycle.

Cebu City Transportation Office chief Raquel Arce has asked the City Legal Office to issue a show-cause order to the traffic enforcer who was spotted smoking while driving in Barangay Banilad last week.
The enforcer was asking for trouble. Some people might consider smoking a cigarette while driving a motorcycle a skill, but there's always the chance of an accident happening because one hand is being used for more than just one purpose. It was also not the first time that traffic enforcer was caught smoking while driving.
