Two sister teams will go up against each other as the best-of-seven PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup semifinals gets underway today (Sunday, January 4) at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Reigning champion San Miguel Beer will be challenged by Barangay Ginebra in a rematch of the All-Filipino Cup semifinals last season, which the Beermen won in a deciding Game 7.
They will slug it out in the main game set at 7:30 p.m.
