Toledo City Councilor Ricardo “Kuya Nick” Pepito, president of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL)-Cebu Federation, was elected regional chairman of PCL-Region 7 during the league's regional convention held in Iloilo City on Tuesday (December 9).

The event gathered legislators from towns and cities across Central Visayas to formalize the leadership of the newly elected regional officers. Alongside Pepito, 15 other councilors from Cebu were elected to various positions in the regional chapter.
