Filinvest fast tracks CDM completion as investor interest soars

Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) is expediting the completion of amenities and other infrastructure components of its 58-hectare masterplanned township, City di Mare, at the South Road Properties (SRP) as it continues to attract strong interest from both local and foreign investors.

Filinvest fast tracks CDM completion as investor interest soars

“CDM is the best real estate opportunity in Cebu right now. With fresh inventory and prime lots still available, it’s a smart and strategic entry point for investors who want to ride the unstoppable growth of Cebu and the emerging ‘New Cebu City.’ Prices are still competitive, but they won’t stay this way for long. The time to invest is now—before values surge,” said Don Ubaldo, Head of Filinvest Townships.

Developed by Filinvest Land Inc., the township integrates residential, commercial, and leisure zones, and is widely seen as the next central business district (CBD) of the region.

With Cebu’s economy experiencing robust growth and rising demand for prime commercial space, CDM is meeting this need head-on. It offers limited but highly valuable commercial lots in a location that is becoming increasingly central to the city’s business landscape, Ubaldo noted.

According to Ubaldo, only eight hectares of commercial land remain available at CDM, underscoring the urgency and scarcity of investment opportunities in this emerging district.
