For the first time, CIT-U bagged not just one, not two, but a complete set of medals - gold, silver and bronze - during the milestone season of Cebu’s premier inter-school athletic league.

The Baby Wildcats, under the guidance of coaches Floyd Taboada and Axel Rabaya assisted by Jason Velez and Pepito Amodia Jr., dethroned the University of the Visayas (UV) Baby Lancers to secure the 15 Under crown.

Aside from clinching the gold medal, they also ended CIT-U’s 17year title drought.

In the 12 Under category, the Baby Wildcats mentored by coach Dennis Lee Pacquiao made it to the Finals but settled for only silver after bowing down to the eventual Grand Slam champions Cebu Eastern College (CEC) Dragons.
