Baricuatro to stay "color-blind" amid Sara's political declaration

Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro welcomed Vice President Sara Duterte’s official announcement of her presidential bid but stressed that she intends to set politics aside for now.

Baricuatro, an ally of former President Rodrigo Duterte, said her current priority is governance, citing the volume of work that needs to be done at the Cebu Provincial Capitol.

“For now, I want to focus on governance first and administration, and let’s talk politics nalang unya later noh,” she said.
