30th CebuCon to showcase latest trends and innovations

As the Philippine construction industry sustains its post-pandemic resurgence, the 30th CebuCon Build Expo—slated for June 5-8, 2025, at SM Seaside City Cebutakes center stage in catalyzing regional growth and innovation.

With over a hundred exhibitors from across the country, this year’s edition highlights the increasingly pivotal role of regional trade shows in fueling infrastructure and construction development nationwide.

Organized by L.A. Ducut Abais Innovations Inc., in co-ordination with Cebu Hardware Consolidated Inc. and supported by the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB), and the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), among others, the CebuCon Build Expo marks three decades of fostering strategic business networks within the built environment sector in the Visayas and Mindanao.

What began in 1993 with a Manila-centric exhibitor base has evolved into a more geographically inclusive platform.

“We are witnessing a significant increase in Cebu-based and VisMin exhibitors—particularly homegrown suppliers who are now leveraging this expo to tap into larger domestic markets,” said Lilibeth Ducut-Abais, Director for Events and Special Projects, in an interview.
