The Election Commission of India, on Wednesday, issued directions to all the enforcement agencies, including the state police and excise departments, as also the Income Tax department and central police forces to prevent use of money power and freebies as also distribution of drugs, narcotics and liquor during the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.
