The Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (UPPWD) has introduced a new email-based complaint system to address road-related issues more efficiently.
Citizens can now report potholes, damaged surfaces, or bridge repairs directly via uppwd.hql@gmail.com , attaching location details, photos, or videos for verification. According to officials, each complaint will be acted upon within 48 hours. Complex issues will be resolved within 1
