The African Diamond Co uncil (ADC) stirred a hornet’s nest by opposing India’s ap pointment as chair of Ki mberley Process (KP) for 2026, as reported by Dia mond World.

However, the African Diamond Producers Association (ADPA) was quick in taking a positive stance on India and rejecting the views of ADC over the KP chair.
