Surat Cricket Body Slammed Over Mayur Golwala's Suspension

At Monday's executive committee meeting, presided over by SDCA president Kanaiyalal Contractor, the committee passed a resolution to suspend Golwala on charges of "going to the media against the association." The decision, however, was strongly opposed by members of the Hemant Contractor panel, including Esha Hemant Contractor, Akshara Contractor, and Mehak Narendra Gandhi, who termed it a blatant attempt to silence dissent.
