Protests broke out at the Kumbala Government Higher Secondary School in Kasaragod district on Saturday after two teachers halted a mime performance supporting Palestine during the schools arts festival.
Police say the teachers intervened mid-show on Friday, instructing students to stop and pulling closed the stage curtains.
