Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had to wait about half an hour on the railway platform and even after boarding the train at Ernakulam before departing for Thiruvananthapuram, following his attendance at two official functions.
The delay occurred prior to the departure of the New Delhi-Thiruvananthapuram Kerala Express.
