BJP presses Murmu over Sabarimala gold

A delegation from the Bharatiya Janata Party in Kerala, led by state unit president Rajeev Chandrasekhar , met the President DroupadiMurmu at the Raj Bhavan in Thiruvananthapuram on the evening of 21 October, and presented a dossier of concerns centred on the alleged gold misappropriation at the SabarimalaTemple and broader temple-governance issues.

The delegation included former Governor and BJP national executive member Kummanam Rajasekharan, former Union minister V Muraleedharan, former state BJP president KS-urendran, state BJP general-secretary SSuresh and ex-DGP and BJP vice-president for the state RS-reelekha.
