Bhatti wants cement industry to reduce price

Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka urged the state's cement and steel industries to support the Indiramma Housing scheme, a major welfare initiative launched by the people's government.
On Tuesday, he and Industries Minister Sridhar Babu met with industry leaders at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Secretariat.
They announced the construction of 450,000 Indiramma homes with a 22,500 crore budget, with work already underway. Bhatti emphasized that the government has long supported these industries and now expects them to act with humanitarian intent by offering reduced prices for materials while maintaining the same uncompromised quality as for high-rise projects.
