Winters are on peak and what better way to relish and soak in the winter chill than hills?! Recently I stayed at The Naini Retreat, Nainital, for a winter wonderland retreat and I loved it and how!

WINTERING AMIDST HILLS AT THE NAINI RETREAT, NAINITAL

The stunning archaic property, nestled in the Kumaon hills, exuded a sense of tranquility and warmth. My 2-night stay was a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of Delhi's chaotic life, and every part of unwinding in this picturesque setting appealed to me and how!

ROOM REVIEW: A COZY ABODE My room, aptly named "Garden View", was a cozy haven with a stunning view of the trees and a part of the Naini Lake. The room was of a decent size with a queen bed and was tastefully decorated with regal furnishings, plush carpets, and warm lighting.

The comfortable bed, equipped with a soft quilt and pillows, ensured a restful sleep. The room also featured a well-stocked mini-bar, a flat-screen TV, and a spotless bathroom with modern amenities.
