The alarming rise of health issues across all age groups: Kids to elders

From children to the elderly, serious health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, mental health disorders, and even sudden cardiac arrests are becoming increasingly common.

Health issues which were once considered age-specific are now affecting individuals across the lifespan. Traditionally, childhood was considered the healthiest phase of life. However, today's children are more inactive than ever. With the rise in screen time and a drastic decline in outdoor physical activities, we are seeing a surge in childhood obesity, early-onset type 2 diabetes, and even high blood pressure.

Processed foods, sugary drinks, and sedentary habits have become the norm, replacing home-cooked meals and active play. Mental health issues such as anxiety and depression have also shown a sharp rise among school-going children and teenagers, driven by academic pressure, social media exposure, and isolation.
