Nadda slams opposition alliance as 'Ghamandiya Gathbandhan'

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president JP Nadda on Friday slammed the opposition’s INDIA bloc, calling it ‘Ghamandiya Gathbandhan’.

Nadda also claimed that the alliance is against SC, ST, and OBC communities.
“This Ghamandiya Gathbandhan is anti-Dalit, antiST, anti-SC, and anti-OBC because they want to appease Muslims by snatching their reservation. Babasaheb Ambedkar has also said that there will be no reservation on the basis of religion,” JP Nadda said.
The BJP chief was addressing a public rally in Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar in support of BJP candidate Vijay Kumar Dubey.
Nadda added, “In Andhra Pradesh, Congress tried it four times, in Karnataka, two times; and Mamta Banerjee gave OBC certificates to Muslims. Recently, the Calcutta High Court has given a verdict against reservation on the basis of religion and said that it is cancelling the reservations between 2010 and 2024.”
