Apart from this, sedentary lifestyle as a risk factor for scoliosis is often ignored. In the modern world, sedentary lifestyles have become common, causing various health issues, especially due to long sitting hours, prevailing desk jobs, poor back posture, and the lack of physical activities. It can significantly contribute to the development of scoliosis.
