How B-Schools Nurture the Entrepreneurial Mindset in Students?

Entrepreneurship is no longer just a career choice; it has become a mindset in today's VUCA world.
With economies relying increasingly on innovation, agility, and job creation, B-Schools play a vital role in nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit among students. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has also emphasized the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurial skills in the B-School curriculum.
Top-tier institutions such as IIMs, ISB, and several premier private B-schools are integrating entrepreneurship with technology integration, digitalization, AI, and data analytics to equip students for the new-age startup ecosystem. With India poised to become a global startup hub, the role of B-Schools as incubators of entrepreneurial talent is more crucial than before.
However, the bigger question lies with the implementation part: how to instill such a mindset in students? The answer can be a combination of curriculum innovation, experiential learning, industry mentorship, and startup ecosystem support.
