'Empty promises, no action': Congress blames BJP for Delhi's pollution crisis

The Delhi unit of the Congress on Monday launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led Delhi government over the worsening air quality in the national capital, accusing it of making “empty promises” and failing to act on pollution control.

Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav said that despite tall claims in its election manifesto, the government under Chief Minister Rekha Gupta had failed to deliver any visible improvement in air or water quality.
