Om is a deep resonant sound in different states like waking state, dream state and the deep sleep state. It is used as a prefix to other Mantras and prayers to balance between body and mind. All prayers begin with 'Om' which can either be spoken aloud or silently.

Communicating With God

Man communicates with others in his day-to-day life. This communication is for the fulfillment of physical needs in life. Just as he does it with others, he can communicate with God in other ways. This communication is just to experience rather than to observe.

It is mostly done through a prayer. It involves a personal and spiritual connection where individuals express through thoughts and needs to a higher power.

Prayer includes Mantra and Strotras. Reciting sacred Mantras elevates one to the realization of God. Chanting of Strotras or hymns is usually done with devotion and gratitude.

Mantras are powerful renditions that a devotee invokes God to listen to him. When devotees visit any shrine, they are offered Tirtha and Prasadam.

They become one with God when a devotee chants them with 'Om' or 'Aum'. This is in Sanskrit called Bijakshars. 'Om' is the most revered syllable considered to be the essence of existence.

It is the sound of the whole universe representing the cosmic vibration. It is the essence of the Vedas and the sacred Hindu scriptures.

Om is a deep resonant sound in different states like waking state, dream state and the deep sleep state.

It is used as a prefix to other Mantras and prayers to balance between body and mind. All prayers begin with 'Om' which can either be spoken aloud or silently.

But of these, silent prayer is the best communication that a devotee can prefer to do.

MERCEDES-BENZ GLS450d 4MATIC REVIEW

Cruising serenely at the Yamuna Expressway at around 90 km/h, I was passed by another GLS, that too in the same shade of Black, which compelled me to increase my pace to check if it’s a 450d as well or the previous 400d. Turns out it’s a 400d, and though I had the more powerful car, I slowed down as I didn’t want to give him an impression that I was trying to race.
