When will the current Mamelodi Sundowns team learn that it's going to take more than just pretty football to win the Caf Champions League?
Unfortunately, they will keep coming short if they don't change their ways. The defeat to Raja Casablanca on Saturday was just another reminder of how far Sundowns are from winning a second continental championship.
The competition is called the Champions League for a reason and the level of the opposition is obviously higher than the PSL.
There's nothing wrong with by-passing the first line of defence with a long ball when playing away from home because North African teams are difficult to out-smart in their own backyard.
