WASHINGTON Running Club's annual Christmas event has raised £1,500 for a local charity.
Washington Running Club's annual Christmas event, raising money for a local charity
Hundreds of runners dressed as Santa Clause and his elves joined in to raise money for Melanoma-Me, also based in Washington, Sunderland.
The 5k trot around the town has been taking place since 2017, and supports the charity in offering a free and supportive environment for patients and carers of malignant melanoma and other skin cancers.
