NEW Chester recruit Dion Kelly Evans has described his new side as a “club on the up” after joining the Seals on a one-year deal.

The defender became the Blues’ fifth summer addition at the back end of last week, with the 28-year-old penning his move to the Deva Stadium following his release from National League outfit Woking.
