The Chester Chronicle
|July 03, 2025
CHESHIRE West and Chester Council’s next Landlords Forum will discuss what upcoming Government changes to legislation will mean for private landlords.
-
The Landlords Forum will take place at Ellesmere Port Civic Hall on Thursday, July 17. Organised in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), the Forum is part of the council's commitment to working with private sector landlords to help meet housing needs in the borough.
The Government's Renters Rights Bill is currently going through Parliament, which will mean changes for private tenants and landlords, including proposals to change energy efficiency regulations for rental properties.
