Coach Vicky is inspiration to football-based health programme

A WOMAN from Chester who has been coaching men on a local FA-accredited football-based healthy lifestyle programme has been shortlisted as the programme’s Coach of the Year at the upcoming MAN v FAT Awards.

Vicky Fisher’s day job is as a health and wellbeing coach for a network of GP surgeries in the Wirral, helping patients make healthier choices and supporting them on their health journey.
She is also a fitness instructor and teaches classes in local gyms alongside her role with MAN v FAT.
“I started with MAN v FAT in October 2023 after I saw the health coach role advertised,” said Vicky. “I thought it would be a fun job to do and I was right.
