Speaker Narwekar pledges timely adjudication in Shiv Sena MLAs' disqualification case

In the ongoing disqualification proceedings of Shiv Sena MLAs, Speaker Rahul Narwekar assured on Monday that he is making every effort to adjudicate the pleas within the designated time frame mandated by the Supreme Court.

Narwekar emphasized his commitment to upholding the principles of natural justice and ensuring compliance with the legislative assembly rules throughout the process.
Speaking to the media in Sindhudurg, Narwekar stated, “I have planned to complete the hearings and adjudicate the petitions within the time frame given by the apex court. I am taking care not to affect the principles of natural justice. I will decide on the disqualification of (Shiv Sena) MLAs at an appropriate time.”
