India-UAE Ties poised for greater heights, says UAE Deputy PM

The 15th India-UAE Joint Commission Meeting was held in New Delhi on Friday, bringing together senior leaders from both nations to discuss avenues for strengthening bilateral ties.
UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, expressed optimism about the partnership between India and the UAE.
He underscored the shared vision and ongoing reforms driving deeper cooperation and integration.
In his opening remarks, Sheikh Nahyan praised the "enduring relationship" between the two nations, which continues to flourish under the leadership of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He stated, "Today, our gathering is an opportunity to build on the significant achievements we have jointly realized and to propel our partnership to even more dynamic horizons."
A key highlight of Sheikh Nahyan's address was the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between India and the UAE, which he described as a "landmark agreement."
CEPA has significantly boosted bilateral trade, achieving record-breaking levels in recent months.
