Speaking at the inauguration,' the new facility of Shri Narkesari Prakashan Ltd., the publisher of 'Dainik Tarun Bharat' newspaper in Nagpur, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat said India is a "Hindu Rashtra", all Indians are Hindus and Hindu represents all Indians.
