The mind is a powerful instrument, and its conditioning shapes our experience of life. When the mind clings to desires, fears, or regrets, it becomes restless, leaving little room for genuine joy. Spiritual teachings encourage us to recognize that happiness is not something to chase; it is something to nurture within. The Buddha said, "There is no path to happiness; happiness is the path." This wisdom points to the transformative power of awareness, mindfulness, and gratitude.
