Tyre manufacturer Ceat has secured sponsorship rights for certain segments of IPL matches, with an investment totaling approximately Rs 240 crore over five years.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has designated Ceat as an official partner for sponsoring specific segments of the IPL matches, as confirmed by Ceat Ltd in a regulatory filing.
According to reports from February 23, Ceat, along with My11Circle, RuPay, and Angel One, collectively acquired IPL sponsorship slots for a total sum of ₹1,485 crore. Ceat retained the strategic timeout partnership for a duration of five years with a bid of ₹240 crore. However, there were no bidders found for the orange & purple cap and umpire partnerships.
