Addverb plans 100 humanoid robots by 2025

Reliance-backed warehouse automation and robotics start-up Addverb has unveiled plans to build a batch of 100 human-like robots by 2025, marking a significant foray into the humanoid robotics market.

Supported by GAIL India and Asian Paints’ Jalaj Dani, the Noida-based company specializes in assistive dog robots, medical cobots, and collaborates with industry giants like Reliance, Amazon, Flipkart, ITC, and P&G. This move comes as global players like Tesla, Boston Dynamics, and Agility Robotics intensify their efforts to develop robots capable of performing routine tasks.
In an interview with a national business magazine (digital), co-founder and CEO Sangeet Kumar detailed the company's vision and plans for revolutionizing the robotics landscape.
