Viva Holdings, Inc (VHI) has signed an agreement with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines in an effort to protect their products from counterfeit ers who are doing business via E-commerce.

VHI represents 37 companies involved in diverse interests.

These include filmmaking, TV series production, streaming and distribution, music, concerts and events, food and restaurant, radio broadcast and programming, skin care and cosmetics distribution, and fitness studios, among others.

In a statement, Viva Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Vic del Rosario, Jr., said, "This is great news for all creators and artists under the Viva fold.
