GET ready for a festive musical extravaganza! Based on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, new film Christmas Karma sees ghosts of Christmas past, present and future meet a modern-day Scrooge, with an Indian twist! We spoke to singing sensation Pixie Lott, who plays Mary Cratchit, to find out more.

Hi, Pixie! How fun was Christmas Karma to film?

There's so much energy, passion and life in the film and it's such a great cast. I think Kunal [Nayyar], who plays Scrooge's modern-day version Mr Sood, is fantastic. Leo [Suter], who plays my husband Bob Cratchit, was great in scenes with the whole family. I could just name everyone!

Can you tell us more about your character, Mary?

Her main focus is looking out for her family and her ill son Tiny Tim. She likes to sing too, which is important!
