COLLY: VILLA FANS MUST BE REALISTIC
Sunday People
|September 21, 2025
STAN COLLYMORE has warned Aston Villa fans they are in for a rough ride this season.
The former Villa striker also questioned the club's recruitment ahead of this afternoon's clash with Sunderland.
Villa are still searching for their first win of the campaign, having failed to score a single goal in their opening four league matches.
Collymore said: “This season is going to be a season of consolidation. I think that if their 15 senior players are fit, firing and motivated, then there is no reason why they can’t qualify for European football again next season.
