Working with Kurt again is amazing.. and he still has the same dimples

Michelle Pfeiffer, 67, and Kurt Russell, 75, are reunited in the grief drama The Madison, with its emotionally raw storyline set in the polar opposite backdrops of New York and Montana.

Asked about what it is like to be back working with Kurt, Michelle said with a smile: "Kurt has not changed one bit.

And I'm so happy. I have such fond memories working with him.

"He was such an amazing ally, my big brother by my side. If I was ever struggling with anything, he was there.

"He is like the court jester, you know? He is just always so positive, and supportive. And he was exactly the same here. And he still has those same dimples, which are just amazing." Her new Paramount+ six-parter, The Madison, explores how a wealthy New York family's life unravels after a seismic tragedy. They retreat to rural Montana to process their grief.

Mum-of-two Michelle, who plays.

bereft mother Stacy alongside Kurt's Preston as her on-screen husband, is speaking to press via Zoom.

Mug of coffee in hand, she opened up thoughtfully on motherhood, grief and city life compared to the country.

She said: "The Madison is about love, and being present for the people you love. About the question, who is the anchor in your life? "My husband, David [writer-producer David E Kelley], and my children [Claudia Rose and John Henry] are mine. Since I became a mum, I found balance in my life.
