"There's something so peaceful about being in or around water that truly resonates with me.

Every day starts with a walk along the seafront, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of the sea air. I find that starting my day off by the sea helps to regulate my nervous system, aid relaxation and quell any anxiety. If I miss my daily interaction with the sea for any reason, I don't feel the same sense of calm or clarity that I would usually have.
