Tice: Tories are finished in Scotland

REFORM chief Richard Tice has declared the Tories are "finished forever” in Scotland after the Hamilton by-election result.

Tice, who attended the Hamilton count alongside his party's candidate Ross Lambie, who came third, told the Sunday Mail: “We've got a busy 11 months ahead but the Tories are finished in Scotland forever - they're almost done in England too,”

Tory sources said the mood among members was “despondent”.
