'Nothing can be trusted to remain private

PRINCE Harry may have blown his chances of a reconciliation with his family after his bombshell TV interview backfired.

Royal insiders say speculating about how long his father may have left to live was in poor taste - and shows once again why King Charles feels he can no longer trust him.

One Palace source said: "If there were anxieties about things remaining private, Friday will not have done them the power of good." They added that the outburst showed there is "nothing that can be trusted to remain private".

And they warned: "As for there being no contact... well, he has just proven why-yet again".

Another said: "For a son who claims to want a reconciliation, it's a curious way to build bridges.

"His beloved grandmother would have been horrified. The King is a kind man with a warm heart- and quite enough on his plate to deal with, without all this from his son." The Duke said in his interview that he wanted to reconcile with the royals, alleging that his father is not currently speaking to him.

After Harry and wife Meghan left the UK, there was his tell-all autobiography, Spare, and a Netflix special where they criticised the Royal Family.
