Handed the Queen's Park reins after taking their B team, Crighton will be one of four 30-something bosses when the Championship gets going on August 1.

While he can call on a wealth of coaching experience built at Morton, under then gaffer Duffy, Hamilton and the Spiders, he knows he won't have all the answers.

But the fact he has one of the most recognised names on the Scottish coaching scene ready to offer advice is a blessing in his book.
