IGA SWIATEK says any so-called "Battle of the Sexes" events like the one that saw Aryna Sabalenka face Nick Kyrgios are unnecessary as "women’s tennis stands on its own”.

World No.1 Sabalenka, a four-time Grand Slam champion, was beaten in straight sets by 2022 Wimbledon finalist Kyrgios, who's tumbled to 671st in the rankings, in last week's exhibition in Dubai.
