‘I told cops all about monster’

A WOMAN who reported to police she had been assaulted by Iain Packer has told how the force failed to ever identify him as her attacker.

The woman, who was 21 at the time of the attack in 2006, told officers that she had been attacked by a man who had put his hands around her neck and tried to kill her.
