FWS: We'll go to court if we don't see action

THE group responsible for the ruling on the definition of a woman said it may take the Scottish Government back to court if it does not speed up implementation of the decision.

For Women Scotland (FWS) challenged the meaning of a woman in the Gender Representation on Public Boards (Scotland) Act, with the UK's highest court ruling the definition in the 2010 Equality Act referred to biological sex.
